Connect Notion once
On the Notion Sync page - or from any note's Send to Notion action - authorise your workspace and choose the page or database new notes should land in. It is a one-time step; the destination can be changed later, and notes already sent stay where they were sent.
Send the note
Open the transcript or summary and press Send to Notion. The note arrives as a Notion page with real H1 and H2 headings, bullet lists as bullet lists, and every timestamp still clickable, linking back to the recording.
- Headings, lists and tables keep their structure
- Timestamps stay links
- Speaker tags and action items come across as written
What copy-paste loses, and why
Notion's paste handler reads plain text and guesses the structure; a transcript has none to guess at. The sync writes Notion blocks directly, so nothing is guessed.
Editing afterwards
A sync sends the note as it is at that moment. An edit made in NoteBase later does not rewrite the Notion page behind your back - which is what you want once a colleague has commented on it. Send it again when you do want the newer version across.
